GBlock is a closed B2B private market product of TECH HY SDN BHD. It is not a separate legal entity, exchange, broker, custodian, escrow agent or settlement venue.
Any transaction is concluded bilaterally between counterparties outside the platform.
Misrepresentation of identity, mandate, authority or source may lead to restriction, removal and reputation downgrade.
Counterparties, sources, terms, pricing, documents and private block details disclosed through GBlock remain confidential for 24 months from disclosure.
The fee is owed to TECH HY SDN BHD by the side that initiated the relevant GBlock order and becomes due upon transaction closing against invoice.
By activating access, you accept that violations of GBlock or TECH HY Venture Club community rules may result in account suspension, termination, reputation cancellation or adjustment, and legal action before the competent courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Acceptance
I have read and accept the GBlock platform disclaimers, NCNDA, MOU and scouting fee terms. I understand that GBlock is a product operated by TECH HY SDN BHD and not a separate legal entity. I also accept that TECH HY SDN BHD may suspend or terminate my account, cancel or adjust reputation, and pursue legal remedies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia if I violate GBlock or TECH HY Venture Club community rules.
